• Booking an appointment is completely free for the customers, the customer will not be charged any fees for using the platform to book an appointment. Furthermore, all financial transactions are to be made directly between the customer and the service provider.


• The site guarantees that all service providers have provided a valid license to allow them to provide and display their services through the platform, all of which are issued by the official authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.The application holders however, are not responsible for the expiration of any licenses or their non - renewal.


• Maw3idOnline guarantees that the data and information presented by the medical service provider will not be altered, and the customer is fully free to choose what service he / she wants.The responsibility of the services he / she has chosen falls on the customer, and the responsibility of the data and information provided and displayed falls on the service provider.


• Maw3idOnline service is committed to respecting the privacy of the users of the platform and the website, and it is committed to not publish any personal information related to any party except for the identifying information about the medical facility, which the medical facility chooses to display.The service is committed to not share the customer’s personal information with any party except between the customer and the medical service provider with which the client booked his medical appointment.


• Maw3idOnline displays the services provided by the medical service provider, the service is an option in which medical service providers offer their services, and the customer chooses from them what suits them.All online appointment confirms that the contract is direct between the customer and the medical service provider, and the platform is not responsible for any service that violates the provisions of the system It is also not responsible for the prices and information offered by the service provider.


• The contract and the agreement is direct between the customer and the medical service provider, and therefore: Maw3idOnline do not bear any responsibility for breaching of any part of the contract, whether it is a breach of the specified time or the price displayed in the application or in the name of the doctor’s profession or the name of the doctor or any breach or error in the application, or the contract and agreement between the client and the medical service provider, and is not responsible for any financial dealings between the client and the medical service provider.


• Maw3id are not responsible for the actions of the medical service provider and the damages that result from them, such as: medical errors or any effect resulting from any action issued by the medical service provider.


• When the client uses the website for the service and makes reservations through it, he / she acknowledges his / her knowledge of the terms and conditions of using the online appointment booking service, and that by making a reservation with one of the medical service providers, he / she acknowledges that it is a direct contract between him / her and the medical service provider, and all the conditions of the contract belong to the two parties only, and do not exceed them.
