For Clinics

After buying the booking’s Package, the client agree that he has checked and agreed to purchase and return policy.

The client isn’t allowed to get back his money only if 3 working days passed and we failed to get the ads live on time.

Maw3id Online assure to give the client the number of bookings he asked for and purchased, otherwise he can get back his money.

For Individuals:

The client can get back the price of paid service in the following cases

In case the client didn’t do the service he wanted.

In case of technical problem.

In case the service or the manufactured materials don’t meet the health conditions, and in this case the partner of the second party (clinic) bears the compensation for the client.
